"Hello there"
Great app 👌 it's pretty solid, but you really need to fix the exchange process. Also, the transfer situation needs some work. If the exchange rate is low, you can't access your funds in the account. Please address this issue because after sending the cash, it seems like the money just disappears, and then we can't retrieve it from our accounts.

"Account suddenly blocked without explanation"
Things were fine for a bit; I had been using it for more than a year when out of the blue, my account got blocked without any reason, even though I was verified. I reached out to them and got a generic response that didn’t really say much. Be careful if you decide to use it, as they might just block your account for no apparent reason later on.

I haven't had the chance to use the app since they keep blocking my account during verification, and I get no explanation. It's really frustrating. I keep asking, 'Can you tell me why my account is blocked?' I provided the correct passport, address, and contact info.
